  1. To help students develop lively, enquiring minds and physical skills; giving them the ability to question and to argue rationally, and to apply themselves to tasks;

  1. To instill respect for moral values, for other people and for oneself, and tolerance of other races, religions, and ways of life;

  1. to help students to understand the world in which we live, and the independence of nations;

  1. To help students use language effectively and imaginatively in reading, writing and speaking;

  1. To help students appreciate how a nation earns and maintains its standard of living and properly to esteem the essential role of industry and commerce in this process;

  1. To provide a basis of mathematical, scientific and technical knowledge, enabling boys and girls to learn the essential skills needed in a fast-changing world of work;

  1. To teach children about human achievement and aspirations in the arts and sciences, in religion, and in the search for a more just social order;

  1. To encourage and foster individual creativity among children whose disadvantages inhibit their capacity to learn, if necessary by making additional resources available to them.

Own Believes and Lesson from the Past


1. If a leader has professional competency and a “WILL” to do something, then it leads to the way of success.

2.Process of change is not easily accepted one has to face threats and difficulties, but as someone says that “there is nothing permanent except change”.

3.Managing change is although faces some difficulties initially, but once a system is been managed, every one follow it.
